Q: Why do I need V-CARE when I already have received Company Profile & other documents from my new vendor?
A: In a country like India there are known instances where there is no legal enforcement for providing authentic information. There is a little amount of risk involved in relying information provided by your prospective Vendor. It does not mean that it will be a fake identity but it may have a bad reputation / credibility in the local market or probably these things may not be disclosed to you in order to bag the purchase order. V-CARE ensures a thorough and physical check on the vendor to verify his identity on your behalf.

Q: My Purchase Department can do a similar check on the Vendor OR I already have a Vendor Registration Procedure in place; then why do I need your help?
A: The problem is not of having or not having a proper Vendor Registration procedure, it is of being able to conduct a physical verification of the facts which you probably can not have due to numerous reasons such as geographical distance between you and the vendor or knowledge and expertise of getting the information verified. ProcessLOGIX plays the role of your own Purchase Department to conduct a Vendor assessment in order to avoid future consequences like legal or financial problems due to non-existence of a reliable infrastructure with your vendor to fulfill your requirements.

Q: Using V-CARE service will put me in more financial burden. Won't it be cheaper to employ my own people to the task myself?
A: If you compare the cost of employing your personnel to carryout the verification yourself with the cost of V-CARE service you will find that it is actually cost effective to use V-CARE. Moreover, these personnel will be sitting idle or will be useless once the assessment is over. It is therefore recommended to outsource such tasks for more cost effectiveness.

Q: What about the confidentiality?
A: ProcessLOGIX is a professional company focused on providing services. It is our policy & our commitment to maintain complete confidentiality about our customer's transactions. A Non-Disclosure Agreement may be signed upon specific request from our clients.

Q: Do you also take the responsibility of all the implications like financial or legal if the Vendor fails to perform even after you have verified his credibility and reliability?
A: No! These risks are not covered in any circumstance since V-CARE is an 'estimation' of the Vendor's credibility & reliability. It may not be treated as a 'Guarantee'. For ensuring performance of the Vendor, we may offer specific services in the near future.
