FSMS Food Safety HACCP
ISO 22000 is a specification of a food safety management system, a standard developed and published by ISO in 2005

All organizations involved in the food supply chain, including farmer to restaurants (farm-to-table) need to assure the consumers that the food they are producing, processing, transporting, storing, cooking, serving, etc. is safe to consume. This assurance can be built by implementing a food safety management system. ISO 22000 provides specification of such food safety management system. Organizations who implement this system can approach an accredited certification body for certifying thier implemented food safety management system.
